Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of "Mail Options" and select "Address Book"

Step 2

Click "Add +"

Step 3

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the "Screen Name" field and select "Save":

Repeat the process for:

EarthLink Web Mail:

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen and select "Address Book"

Step 2

Select "Add"

Step 3

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the "Email" field and select "Save":

Repeat the process for:

Gmail:

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen and click on one of the messages we have sent you. This will be an email from team @ efitnessmail.com

Step 2

Click on "More Options"

Step 3

Click on "Add sender to Contacts list"

Step 4

This message should appear: "The sender has been added to your contacts list"

Step 5

Repeat the process for:

Hotmail:

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen and select the "Contacts" tab

Step 2

Select "Safe List"

Step 3

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the field provided and click "Add":

Step 4

Repeat the process for:

team @ myhomepersonaltrainer.net

MSN :

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen and click on the "Settings: E-mail | Junk e-mail" link

Step 2

Click on the "Junk E-Mail Guard" link

Step 3

Click on "Safe list"

Step 4

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the field provided and click "Add":

Step 5

Repeat the process for:

Outlook :

Step 1

Open up Outlook. Select "Actions", then "Junk E-mail", and then "Junk E-mail Options"

Step 2

Click on the "Safe Senders" tab

Step 3

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the box that appears and click"OK":

Repeat the process for:

Yahoo Mail:

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of "Addresses"

Click on the "Add Contact" link

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the "Email" field and select "Save Contact "

Repeat the process for:

Add the following email addresses to your Address Book or Contact list:
